This system is a new concept in glovebox integrated thermal evaporators called the “torpedo”. This unique design integrates a four source thermal evaporator into the floor of the glovebox. This system offers some very unique design features that help produce very fast pump downs allowing for faster through put of processes. It also has a unique substrate carrier and masking setup.
